Terms & Conditions

You may cancel your order anytime before shipment.  Once an item has shipped it may no longer be cancelled.  Processing fees may be incurred when an order is cancelled.
If an item arrives damaged or broken, and you want us to refund or resend an item, you will need to provide images of the damage for  your claim.  Refunds can only be applied once the claim is settled.   Refunds and replacements are not issued unless a claim is settled with compensation successfully  issued by the insurance carrier.  If photos are not sent or you don't bring your broken item to the postal service when requested, your claim can be cancelled and voided. Claims are dependent on the postal service and/or shipping carrier insurance policies.   We cannot  guaranteed claims will be approved.

If your item was shipped and is now lost, please contact us.  Items that are lost require a 21 day  wait period before a claim may be initiated. After that time, 7-10 days is required for the processing of the claim. Refunds and replacements are not issued unless a claim is settled with compensation successfully  issued by the insurance carrier.  Claims are dependent on the postal service and/or shipping carrier insurance policies.   We cannot  guaranteed claims will be approved.

Our Packaging Process:  All of our items are tagged and bagged.  Fragile items are bubble wrapped, set in packing peanuts, and/or   boxed. Many items like globes, plates, ceramic figurines, mugs, etc. are wrapped, boxed, bubble wrapped, and then boxed again. Our items are inspected during our quality assurance process to protect the interests of our customers.

Privacy Policy

We will never sell or share your personal information.  Your personal information is only used to process and ship your order.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us.  We  will gladly accept your return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship only within (3) days of delivery;  item must have all tags and not in used condition. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted within (3) days of delivery. Please, use original  box shipped in  if you need to exchange/return an item.  Your Item(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED Condition. Items returned due to a fulfillment issue will be issued a return label by us.  Items returned for reasons including but not limited to the buyer no longer needing or wanting the item, can be returned at the customer's expense.  Returned items that are not due to a fulfillment issue may be subjected to a 25% restock fee. If you want to exchange an item, restock fees may be waived/reduced with prior arrangement. If you package has been damaged during shipment, you can request a claim for the refund of your item.  Please, read our terms and conditions regarding damaged items and claims.

Shipping Information

Shipping Time -- Please allow 1-2 day for handling.   Orders might not be processed or shipped on Sundays or Holidays, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We do handle and ship quickly but use carriers (USPS, UPS and FED EX) that may not guarantee a delivery date.  Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Disney Shoppers or other parties only as an estimate.  A  tracking number will be available within 24 hours after shipment.
